The scope of the project is maximally adapted to the existing terrain and the environment, and its conceptual solution corresponds to the modern concept of genealogy and mountain architecture developed by the Canadian company. Materials used for facade cladding are modern and high-quality materials such as wood textures and other aluminum panels, facing brick and black metal for balconies.
Apart-hotel “Alpik” is located 150 meters from the gondola lift and includes 102 apartments from 30sq.m. Infrastructure of apart-hotel includes a cozy lobby, concierge services, a restaurant and commercial premises, 24-hour security, a ski-depot and underground parking. The project will be completed in December 2019.
